All VMCAS applications are placed into Transcript Verification before releasing data to the veterinary schools. VMCAS matches your coursework section line by line against your official transcript to ensure you have correctly entered your courses.
Once VMCAS receives *all* your required documentation, VMCAS will then place your application in the verification queue. Verification can take up to ten business days to complete. By submitting all of your transcripts BEFORE the deadline (September 16, 2024), you will greatly improve your chance of having your application verified early with time to make corrections if needed. Please note, that September 16, 2024, 11:59PM Eastern Time IS THE VMCAS 2025 deadline!
Sending Transcripts Electronically:
VMCAS only accepts electronic transcripts from Parchment and National Student Clearinghouse. If your school does not offer any of these services, your transcript must be sent by mail.
